1.It is a new type of ultra-high pressure test device independently developed by our company. Designed with multi-stage automatic supercharging, data acquisition, security and other functions according to customer needs.
2.Suitable for multistage automatic pressurization, static pressure test, blasting test, data acquisition and security protection functions.
1.Composed of 1 stage pressurization system, 2 stages mechanical pressurization system, high pressure valve system, and data acquisition and control system.
2.Components include Swiss brand NOVA Swiss hydrogen special type components: high pressure diaphragm compressor, air-operated needle valves, manual needle valves.
3. 2 stages pressurization system include 100MPa, 300MPa hydrogen special type explosion proof diaphragm compressor. Low pressure and large flow can choose 100MPa diaphragm compressor to pressurize quickly. For above 100 MPa ultrahigh pressure, 300MPa diaphragm compressor can be used to pressurize.
4. 2 stages pressurization system is designed with manual unloading function. When software freezes or abnormal circuit occurs and can’t unloading through software, unloading high pressure test system by manual mode in the control panel.
5.Data acquisition and control system has emergency stop button, alarm tricolour light and Telide ultrahigh pressure pressurization system software. The software can achieve automatic multistage pressurization, hydrostatic test, burst test, data acquisition and real-time fault monitoring alarm functions .
6. 1 stage pressurization system, 2 stages mechanical pressurization system and high pressure valve system are all designed with fault monitoring alarm, diaphragm compressor overpressure protection rupture disc to protect equipment safe use.
