Manual safety valve grinding tool TGH-150
1.It is a manual grinding device developed by our company. Specially for grinding repair of safety valve;
2.Also used for grinding repaire of other flat sealing valves;
3.Widely used in special equipment inspection institutes, petrochemical enterprises, oil and gas fields, metallurgical enterprises, power plants, aviation and nuclear industry and other industries.

1.Consists of handle, flat grinding head, guide sleeve, coarse grinding plate, fine grinding plate, grinding paste, screw and so on;
2.Use grinding paste, grinding agent can quickly repair the damaged sealing surface;
3.Easy to carry, no electricity needed, especially suitable for on-site maintenance operations;
4.The pitting or hole depth on the valve core or seat is generally within 0.5mm, which can be repaired by grinding;
5.Including coarse grinding, medium grinding and fine grinding.

2.Coarse grinding plate: 300*300 mm;
3.Fine grinding plate: 270 mm.
